Most cakes from grocery stores are covered in some type of butter cream or whipped frosting, and this type of frosting can be flavored to your liking.
Before purchasing a cake you can also take into considerations of the birthday girl/ boy liking. Example if the birthday boy likes car you can choose to have a car picture, or a car shape cake. Try to find a special cake that represents her interests and age.
